Recording Industry Association of America and Torrents

As you know, RIAA’s made claims about torrents and illegal contents like music files, movies and software application with crack/key/so on. What kind of information they use in a court? I don’t know, but I’ve idea about this information. How can they say “This person has downloaded mp3 from torrents”? They can use this information:

What do you think about when you see this screen shot? I got this shot when I’ve used my torrents client and I’ve got detail information about person who ALREADY has 100% of chosen file. The detail information is IP address. It’s enough information to make a order or something (I do not know the legal details, but I think IP’s and presence of 100% downloaded file is enough to initiation of proceedings). Maybe torrents software should be change algorithm of showing completed peaces (damn, I hate my english). Anyway, take care and think about your privacy!
